Use the  Actualize Estimates button on the toolbar. 

Steps

In the BrandOcean Estimates module, complete the following steps.

1. On the toolbar, click Actualize Estimate. The Actualize Estimate dialog appears.
2. Specify a client, product, and job, or search for them using the magnifying glass.
3. (Optional) Type a name for the estimate.
4. If a scheme matches the job, it appears by default. Otherwise, choose one from the Scheme drop-down list.
5. Click OK. The new estimate appears.
