Rebranding for Lumina for Advertisers
Launching as Prisma Authorizations. Lumina for Advertisers is now Prisma Authorizations (for Advertisers), so remember to look out for the new branding if you are accessing the Support site.
The agency side of the authorization workflow in Prisma is now called Prisma Authorizations instead of Lumina Authorizations.
Advances for budget authorizations
Increased efficiency with sequential authorizations. The new WORKFLOW pane on the Authorization details page enables your agencies to use a multi-level advertiser campaign budget authorization process. Each level of authorization is associated to one or more advertiser users. Once the first level of budget authorization is approved by an advertiser, one of the advertiser approver(s) defined for the next authorization level is then required to approve the campaign's budget, advancing sequentially through the levels (up to 10 levels) until they're all approved.
If multiple approvers are defined at the same level, only one of you needs to approve the budget for the process to advance to the next authorization level. All approval requests are shown in the WORKFLOW pane, but only those you are assigned to as an approver are available for you to respond to.
A rejection by an advertiser approver at any point terminates the workflow and ownership goes back to the agency.
If you should have access to the WORKFLOW pane but can't see it on the Authorization details page, click the new button in the authorization's header to show/hide the pane.
Stay informed. You’ll receive email alerts with a link to the budget in Prisma Authorizations (for Advertisers) when your approval is needed for an authorization.
Once a budget is approved using this new workflow, all approvers (and any users set up to be Cc'd) receive a notification email, keeping you informed of its progress.
View approval history. You can view the complete audit trail for the authorization’s approval workflow on the History tab on the WORKFLOW pane.
