Localization is key. Users will be able to view the application in Chinese (Simplified Chinese) by selecting the language on the sign-in page or from the user profile menu in the application's banner.
Seller organizations in China can have their account associated with the appropriate time zone and configured with the yuan (CNY) as their operational currency (alternate currencies can also be specified), enabling their users to work with ease within a localized version of Prisma for Sellers.

Export Inbox details to work with offline
Generate CSV file. All Inbox users can now report on the content of their Inbox by exporting the current grid display to a comma-separated value (CSV) file, giving you a quick view of activities like your wins and losses, and providing you with the data in a format that enables you to carry out further analysis and reporting in a tool like Excel.
Use the standard Inbox features like filters, search, and sort to display the details you want and click (the Export button) to export your Inbox details into a CSV file that exactly mirrors your current view.
The Inbox displays RFPs, proposals, orders, and revisions packaged in date order by agency, advertiser, and campaign. The most recent event for a campaign's details package is displayed at the top with any related child entries collapsed under it, and the (Expand campaign history button) or the
(Collapse campaign history button) next to it for you to show/hide the previous (child) details.
Standalone Inbox entries that don't have child details under them are easily identified as they don't have the expand/collapse button.
In the exported CSV file, the first column (Placement type) is used to indicate the type of event the row is for. It can be:
- Standalone: An RFP, proposal, or order without any additional, related child details.
- Package: The most recent event for a group of campaign details. This has child details (for example, an RFP, proposal, order, and revision) under it. The child details are only included in the export if the package's details were expanded before the export.
- Child: Additional RFP, proposal, order, and revision details for a campaign package. These are only included in the export if you expand the campaign package's details in the Inbox before you export them.
Note: In the exported CSV file:
- The Comments column is blank because in the Inbox grid it doesn't have a header and contains icons which aren't supported in CSV files.
- The Documents column has a header but the content is blank because in the Inbox grid it contains hyperlinks which aren't supported in CSV files.
Resolved issues
- Order messages causing formatting issues in data extract files. The issue where entering specific special characters in order messages caused data to be displayed in the wrong column when viewed in a data extract file in Excel has been resolved. These characters caused additional tabs to be inserted in the comments which Excel then represented with blank columns, resulting in the misalignment of column data.
Any existing data affected by this was corrected when this issue was identified, and this fix prevents the issues recurring. - Inability to save flight date change for some free placements. Previously, when you made a change to an order revision's flighting dates for a free placement where the change involved units being moved, when you saved the update, the spinning wheel displayed to show the save was in progress, but the save never completed and the wheel remained. This is now resolved.
