In selecting Zendesk as our partner, we have ensured that Zendesk has put in place robust measures for the confidentiality and security of the personal information within their service, by employing technological, physical and administrative security safeguards such as firewalls and security procedures.
However, Mediaocean is unable to guarantee the security of Zendesk’s system and is not responsible for failures in Zendesk’s security procedures. For that reason, you may prefer to avoid attaching files containing sensitive information (such as personal financial details or commercially sensitive data) to your Zendesk support ticket. Please contact your Mediaocean representative for alternative methods for sending these files securely, if required as part of your support request.
