Help panel update

To improve support and usability, the Prisma for Advertisers help panel now includes a direct link to Mediaocean Academy and displays the current version number of the application. The link is single sign-on enabled, so clicking it automatically signs you in to Mediaocean Academy. On the dashboard, you can browse learning pathways, explore training videos, and sign up for live training events.
