To create a support ticket, sign in to the Prisma Help Center at support.mediaocean.com and select Submit Request in the top-right corner of the page.
The web form will guide you through providing the necessary details, automatically create a support ticket, and route it to the appropriate Customer Engagement team.
You can also track your ongoing and solved support tickets via the Prisma Help Center by selecting your name (top right of the screen) and selecting "My activities".
